R&K Solutions Employee Wins Mid-Atlantic Chapter ESOP "Employee Owner of the Year" Award

R&K Solutions, an employee-owned, small business headquartered in Roanoke, VA, received an award from the ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Association’s Mid-Atlantic chapter. R&K’s own employee, Michelle Williams, was recognized as the Mid-Atlantic chapter’s "Employee-Owner of the Year" at the Chapter Spring Conference in March of 2019 in Charlottesville.

To determine the winner for this award, nominated employee-owners are evaluated on their passion and commitment to sharing information and insights about their ESOP with their fellow employee owners, colleagues in other ESOP companies, fellow chapter members and the community.

All of the Employee-Owners of R&K Solutions are proud and honored that Michelle Williams was selected as the Employee-Owner of the Year by the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the ESOP Association. Michelle is very deserving of this award for all her superlative efforts, sky-high enthusiasm and outstanding knowledge and support of the R&K employee ownership program. As a chapter winner, Michelle will compete for the National Employee-Owner of the Year at the upcoming National conference for the ESOP Association.
