Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)
R&K provides onsite technical and subject matter expertise in establishing policies and procedures for real property management and maintaining a Real Property Inventory (RPI). Responsibilities include maintaining auditable documentation and maintenance for inventory entries and developing condition ratings. R&K also forecasting sustainment and operations requirements and analyzes the facility degradation impact resulting from less than full funding. In compliance with the Chief Financial Officer's Act (CFOA), R&K develops and validates data requirements to successfully report accurate financial statements.
Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (OACSIM)
Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (OACSIM) relied on R&K’s expertise in systems and technical performance to support OACSIM goals to ensure that the Headquarters Installation Information System (HQIIS) is fully functional, compatible with related Army systems and business requirements, compliant with the DoD Real Property Information Model and efficiently supports Army objectives. HQIIS is an integrated management system with a consolidated view of Army real property asset and related Installation and Environment business information.

Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps
R&K provided operation and sustainment of the Commanding Officer Readiness Reporting System (CORRS) and Facility Degradation System. This assistance included data analysis, revising current processes to include cost factors, standards, instructions and software and providing a reporting interface consistent with the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) while maintaining and revising the hierarchy and relationship of missions, mission essential tasks and facilities. The Facility Degradation System was updated to include migration to a web-based application and R&K provided distance-based and classroom user training.
