R&K Solutions Awarded Employee-Owned Company of the Year Award for The ESOP Association's Mid Atlantic Chapter.

March 23, 2021 -  The ESOP Association’s Mid Atlantic Chapter has named R&K Solutions its 2021 Employee-Owned Company of the Year. This award recognizes the company for its outstanding efforts in promoting employee-ownership and celebrating the firm’s ownership culture.

This recognition is a direct result of the individual and collective efforts of each employee.  We are all committed to each other’s success, which means, more importantly, we are more determined than ever to help our clients achieve their goals. Employee-ownership means we are all working toward the common goal to drive the value of the company up over time and sustain its future. Everyone - customers and employees alike - benefits from working for the greater good. The Mid-Atlantic Chapter cited the company’s ownership-focused approach externally with their clients, as well as internally with their employee-owners, focusing specifically on the four “E”s of R&K Solutions: Exceeding Expectations, Experience, Expertise, and Employee-Ownership.  For exceeding expectations: R&K has helped organizations with the largest asset portfolios overcome exceedingly difficult informational challenges for over three decades. From experience, R&K knows that one size does not fit all, so all services and technical solutions are tailored to the client’s unique challenges, objectives, and budget.  For expertise: R&K’s singular business focus is real property and facility portfolio management and related technological solutions. Lastly, Employee Ownership is the umbrella and the glue that defines our culture and approach. Founded in 1984, R&K Solutions became 100% employee-owned in 2005. R&K has won multiple Annual Awards for Communications Excellence for printed materials (2019) and their intranet (2020), celebrated one of their employee-owners receiving the 2019 Mid Atlantic Chapter Employee-Owner of the Year, as well as congratulated one of their employee-owners for receiving the Charles R. Edmunson Scholarship Award (2020).  As the Mid Atlantic Chapter Employee-Owned Company of the Year, R&K Solutions is now eligible to be The ESOP Association’s National Company of the Year, an award that will be announced in June of 2021.
