State of Washington Selects GoRPM® as Its Real Property System of Record

The State of Washington recently selected R&K Solutions to implement its GoRPM® geospatial solution as the real property system of record for all state agencies, boards, commissions and institutions of higher education.

This project represents the first step in the states One Washington Program to create consistency and commonality for the State’s business processes. The State of Washington selected R&K because of its real property subject matter knowledge and the flexible and readily scalable architecture of GoRPM. GoRPM will be used by more than 75 agencies to gather, validate, visualize, store and report facilities inventory information for the State’s owned and leased portfolio of approximately 10,500 facilities, comprising 112 million square feet of floor space. GoRPM will serve as a comprehensive and accurate source of facilities data for analysis and decision making to optimize the use and cost efficiencies of the State’s portfolio.
