R&K Solutions Wins Mid-Atlantic ESOP Company of the Year Award

R&K Solutions, a leading provider of facilities management software and services, was recognized as the Mid-Atlantic ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Company of the Year at the combined Spring conference for the Mid-Atlantic and Carolinas chapters of the ESOP Association. To determine the winner for this award, nominated companies are evaluated on their ability to demonstrate achievements in three areas: maximizing their ESOP's value to employees, making employees feel and think like owners, and actively participating in the ESOP Association.

As a 100% employee owned company, the award reflects a team effort, a sentiment clearly expressed in the response of R&K Solutions' ESOP Committee Chair, Jim McGuire:
