The ESOP Association's Mid Atltantic Spring Conference

R&K Solutions will be sending four employee-owners to attend the Mid Atlantic Chapter Spring Conference at the Boar's Head Inn in Charlottesville, VA. Every year, the ESOP Association Mid-Atlantic Chapter hosts a spring event to gather the region's most prestigious ESOP accounting, culture and executive experts. The team will be attending the Government Contractor's Roundtable on March 12th, giving them the opportunity to discuss tips, advice, tricks, topics with their fellow peers in the Employee-Owned community. The team will go on to attend the main conference on March 13th, giving them many opportunities to learn how to maintain and improve our ESOP Communication and Education. R&K's Digital Marketing Specialist and Employee-Owner Communications Committee Chair, Michelle Williams, will be co-presenting "ESOP Education Through Games" during the conference. During her session, Michelle will share R&K's experience with ESOP education via games and host a custom ESOP Jeopardy game for attendees to join in on the conversation about how other firms educate the Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
