Federal Real Property Asset Management
GoRPM provides Federal Agencies with a FedRAMP Moderate Authorized Software as a Service (SaaS) for Federal Real Property Asset Management backed by over 30 years of R&K Solutions' experience supporting Federal Real Property.
Executive Order (E.O.) 13327, Federal Real Property Asset Management, was issued on February 4, 2004 to promote the efficient and economical use of the Federal Government’s real property assets and mandated the creation of a centralized real property database, known as the Federal Real Property Profile Management System (FRPP MS).
The Federal Property Management Reform Act of 2016 (FPMRA) (Pub. L. 114-318) and The Federal Assets Sale and Transfer Act of 2016 (FASTA) (Pub. L. 114-287) were enacted on December 16, 2016.2 and require all executive branch federal agencies, with certain exceptions, to submit current data and recommendations on federal civilian real properties owned, leased, or controlled by a federal agency, and to assess and determine how to dispose of excess and underutilized property.
FedRAMP is mandatory for Federal Agency cloud deployments and service models at the low, moderate, and high risk impact levels. The FedRAMP Policy Memo provides more information about the governance structure of FedRAMP. GoRPM Software as a Service (SaaS) is available on the FedRAMP Marketplace.
